Annual General Meeting

Information for Annual General Meeting (AGM)

For members only

1. Registration:  It’s imperative that you use the online form to register for the meeting by 14 May 2026. Honorary members and members who have paid their subscription between June 2025 and May 2026 are eligible to attend the AGM.

2. Agenda & How to Vote: Please view here. 

3. Resolutions to be voted for approval:
a. Approval of the 2024-2025 AGM Minutes of May 19, 2025, please view here.
b. Proposal to adjust the annual membership fee from €55 to €65 for the 2027/2028 club year (effective 1 January 2027), as recommended by the Executive Committee.
c. The audited accounts “Actuals January to December 2025”, please view here.
d. The provisional “Budget January to December 2027”, please click here to view the Current-fee Budget (current €55) and here to view the Adjusted Budget (proposed €65). (Note: The final budget version to be adopted at the meeting will correspond to the outcome of the membership fee resolution voted upon in Item 3b.)
e. The appointment of auditors for the 2026 financial year:

f. The election of the new Executive Committee for the 2026/2027 club year, please view list of candidates here. 

4. Methods of Voting:

In person or by proxy – proxies are to be sent via email by 14th May 2026. Any member unable to attend the AGM may request another member or a member of the Executive committee to hold her proxy. Each member may hold at most two proxies. Please copy the following text and fill in the full names of proxy giver and proxy holder and email it to Le WIC Exco team (proxies@pariswic.org) and copy (CC) the person you appoint.

Note: If instead, you wish ExCo to assign your proxy, please leave the name of the proxy holder blank.

The deadline to register is 14 May 2026.
